钛合金表面原位生成的K2TinO2n+1生物薄膜与血液的作用机制

【摘要】 通过XRD和表面接触角测量仪对化学法在Ti-15Mo-3Nb合金表面原位生成的生物薄膜进行物相组成与表面能测试,并根据GB/T16886.4-2003《医疗器械生物学评价第4部分:与血液相互作用试验选择》中规定的评价方法选择用动态凝血实验、溶血实验和血小板黏附实验对Ti-15Mo-3Nb和K2TinO2n+1生物薄膜/钛合金生物材料的血液相容性进行对比研究,并从K2TinO2n+1生物薄膜组成和表面能出发来探讨其与血液的作用机制。试验结果表明,K2TinO2n+1生物薄膜具有更好的抗凝血作用,其溶血率大大<5%,表面黏附血小板的数量少且形态正常,该涂层优异的血液相容性与其组成和表面能直接相关,是一种具有应用价值的新型生物材料。
【Abstract】 The phase composition and surface energy of K2TinO2n+1 bioogical film which was fabricated via chemical treatment method,were attributed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and surface contact angle measuring instrument. Then according to GB/T16886.4-2003 Bioogical evaluation of medical devices-Part 4:Selection of tests for interactions with blood,the hemocompatibilities of Ti-15Mo-3Nb and K2TinO2n+1 bioogical film/Ti alloy biomaterials were contrastively evaluated by the dynamic blood-clotting tests,haemolysis ratio measurement and platelet adhesion tests.The interaction mechanics between materials and blood were preliminarily discussed from the angles of composition and surface energy of K2TinO2n+1 bioogical film.The results clearly indicated that K2TinO2n+1 bioogical film had more excellent hemocompatibility than Ti-15Mo-3Nb alloy.And its hemo-compatibility had direct relations with its the surface chatacteristics.It was proved that K2TinO2n+1 bioogical film was a novel biomaterial with application value.
