聚氨酯膜的制备及渗透汽化分离性能研究
Preparation and pervaporation separation properties of polyurethane membranes

【摘要】 采用溶液聚合的方法,分别以聚己二酸乙二醇酯(PEGA)、端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)作为软段,以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)与二氨基二苯基甲烷(MDA)或β-环糊精(β-CD)为硬段,制备了3种聚氨酯(PU)膜,对其结构和热性质进行了表征,并考察其溶胀性能和渗透汽化分离水-乙醇混合物的性能。结果表明,所制得的膜对水-乙醇混合物中的水均有优先分离作用,β-CD的加入会增加PU膜的溶胀度,并且使渗透通量有所增加。在40℃时,以HTPB为软段,TDI-MDA为硬段制备的膜,对于含水10%(质量分数)的料液,分离因子为317.50,渗透通量为23.60 kg·μm·m-2·h-1。
【Abstract】 Three kinds of polyurethane(PU) membranes were prepared by solution polymerization from soft segments including polyethyleneglycol adipate(PEGA) and polybutadiene(HTPB),andβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD) as a kind of new chain extender was used.The structures and thermal properties of PU membranes were characterized by FTIR and DSC.The swelling degrees and pervaporation performances to water/ethanol mixtures were also investigated.The results showed that the swelling degree increased withβ-CD added,and PEGA-based PU membranes were better swelled than HTPB-based in water/ethanol mixtures.All these membranes were water selective in pervaporation test.The membranes with HTPB as soft segments had better separation properties than that with PEGA,and PU membranes withβ-CD as chain extender obtained higher flux but lower selectivity than those withoutβ-CD.The HTPB-based PU membranes withoutβ-CD had a flux of 23.60 kg·μm·m-2·h-1 and separation factor of 317.50 for 10 wt%water in the water/ethanol mixture at 40℃.
