聚苯乙烯改性烷氧羰基硫脲螯合树脂的合成及对Ag(Ⅰ)的吸附性能
Synthesis of polystyrene-modified alkoxycarbonyl thiourea chelate resin and its adsorption performance for Ag(Ⅰ)

【摘要】 以氯甲基化聚苯乙烯树脂为基体,依次与二乙烯三胺和双异硫氰酸乙二醚基酯反应,合成了侧链上含有烃氧羰基硫脲基的新型螯合树脂(PSATU)。PSATU树脂的红外光谱存在C=O、C—O—C、C=S、N—H和N—C—N的吸收峰,树脂结构与预期相符。采用静态吸附法研究了PSATU树脂对的Au(Ⅲ)吸附性能,结果表明,在Ag(Ⅰ)初始浓度0.1 mol/L、HNO3浓度1.0mol/L、吸附时间20h、吸附温度30℃的条件下,PSATU树脂对Ag(Ⅰ)的吸附容量可达4.48mmol/g。吸附动力学和热力学实验表明,吸附过程符合G.E.Boyd液膜扩散方程和Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附焓变△H大于0,吉布斯自由能变化△G小于0,吸附过程为吸热的自发过程。PSATU树脂吸附Ag(Ⅰ)后C=O、C=S和N—H键的吸收峰发生了变化,表明吸附过程中Ag与相应官能团发生了配位。
【Abstract】 A novel polystyrene-modified alkoxycarbonyl thiourea chelating resin(PSATU) was prepared by the reaction of chloromethylated crosslinking polystyrene with diethylenetriamine and then oxydiethane-2,1- diyl dicarbonisothiocyanatidate successively.PSATU was characterized by FT-IR,and characteristic peaks of bonds such as C=O,C-O-C,C=S,N-H and N-C-N appear in FT-IR spectrum,which justifies that PSATU contains the functional groups of amidocyanogen,alkoxycarbonyl and thioureido.The adsorption performance of PSATU for Ag(Ⅰ) was studied by batch test.The adsorption capacity of PSATU for Ag(Ⅰ) reached 4. 48mmol·g-1,when the adsorption conditions are as follows:initial concentration of Ag(Ⅰ) 0.1 mol/L,concentration of HNO3 1.0 mol/L,contact time 20h and temperature 30℃.The adsorption kinetics was well fit Boyd’s diffusion equation of liquid film,and the adsorption isotherm was well fit Langmuir model.The positive value of adsorption enthalpyΔH and the negative values of Gibbs free energy change AG are indicative of an endothermic and spontaneous process.Comparing with FT-IR spectrum of PSATU,characteristic peaks of C=O, C=S and N-H bonds changed obviously after adsorption,indicating that the corresponding functional groups coordinate with Ag during the adsorption process.
