不同型碳添加对SmCo6.9Hf0.1合金结构与磁性的影响

【摘要】 通过在SmCo6.9Hf0.1合金中加入石墨与碳纳米管(CNTs),对电弧熔炼铸态合金及以40m/s速度熔体快淬薄带进行了研究发现,在SmCo7铸态合金中添加Hf可以稳定TbCu7型相结构,但Hf与C及CNTs的同时添加,对稳定TbCu7型结构更有效。无论是否添加C或CNTs,薄带中主相均为Sm(Co,Hf)7。添加C与CNTs可分别使SmCo6.9Hf0.1薄带的矫顽力提高1倍与2倍,剩磁提高37.5与54.9%,剩磁比提高18.7%与37.5%,其中SmCo6.9Hf0.1(CNTs)0.05薄带的磁性能达到Hc=12.5kOe,Mr=57.0emu/g,Mr/M2T=0.788。薄带中Sm(Co,Hf)7主相含量增加、存在结晶各向异性及磁畴尺寸变小可以使薄带的磁性能提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,all as-cast alloys prepared by arc melting method and ribbons melt-spun at 40 m/s were studied by means of adding graphite or carbon nanotubes(CNTs) into the SmCo6.9Hf0.1 alloy.It was found that Hf addition can stabilize the TbCu7-type structure in the SmCo7 as-cast alloy,moreover,simultaneous addition of Hf and C or CNTs is more effective in stabilizing the TbCu7-type structure.The main phase in all ribbons is Sm(Co,Hf)7 no matter whether C or CNTs is added or not.The C and CNTs addition increased the coercivity of SmCo6.9Hf0.1 ribbons over one or two times,improved the remanence by 37.5 and 54.9%and increased the remanence ratio by 18.7 and 37.5%respectively.The magnetic properties of SmCo6.9Hf0.1(CNTs)0.05 ribbons reached Hc=12.5 kOe,Mr =57.0 emu/g,Mr/M2T=0.788.The higher content of Sm(Co,Hf)7 main phase, better crystallization anisotropy and smaller domain width can result in improving the magnetic properties of the ribbons.
