磷酸亚铁锂的合成及电化学性能研究
Synthesis and electrochemical performance of LiFePO4

【摘要】 利用LiH2PO4的水溶性,将FeC2O4和LiH2PO4在水介质中球磨,使原料均匀混合,再通过一次焙烧制备了锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4。测试结果表明,650℃制备的材料具有最高的放电比容量,0.05、0.1、0.2、0.5和1C倍率放电的比容量分别为131、127、118、107和98mAh/g。所制备的材料中存在少量杂质,需要改进制备方法以提高材料的纯度和电化学性能。
【Abstract】 Based on LiH2PO4 solubility,a homogeneous mixture as starting materials for LiFePO4 synthesis was obtained by grinding FeC2O4 and LiH2PO4 in aqueous medium,and LiFePO4 was prepared by one-step baking. The experimental results showed that LiFePO4 synthesized at 650℃had the best discharge capacities which were 131,127,118,107 and 98mAh/g respectively at 0.05,0.1,0.2,0.5 and 1C rates.Impurities existed in as-prepared materials and the method needed to be modified to improve the purity and electrochemical performance of LiFePO4 materials. <sub><sub><sub> _______
