熔体快淬Cu60Cr34Zr2Ti2Co2触头材料的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 采用熔体快淬方法制备了Cu60Cr34Zr2Ti2Co2(质量分数,%)合金带,并用机械球磨及真空热压烧结方法制备了触头样品,利用高真空电弧测试分析平台测试了其放电过程,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了其电弧特性。结果表明,真空热压烧结可成功地将熔体快淬合金制备成相对密度>95%的触头样品,与熔炼铸造态合金相比,熔体快淬使合金中的Cr粒子尺寸从几十微米减小到400nm以下;使样品具有明显的电弧分散特性,电弧烧蚀明显减轻,而且使截流值明显降低。与熔体快淬Cu60Cr40合金相比,组织中的Cr相尺寸更小,性能改善效果更明显。
【Abstract】 Melt-spinning was used to prepare Cu60Cr34Zr2Ti2Co2(wt%) ribbons.The ribbons were milled into powders.Subsequently,the contact samples were achieved by hot pressing-sintering.The arc discharge curves were measured by a high vacuum arc test.The morphology of the arc corroded surfaces was analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy.The results show that the melt-spun Cu60Cr34Zr2Ti2Co2 ribbons can be prepared into contact material by hot pressing-sintering successfully,the comparative density is better than 95%.The size of the Cr particles could be refined from several microns to 400nm comparing with the melt-casting states.The samples have a low chopping current and exhibit excellent arc dispersion,the arc erosion is slighter.Comparing with the melt-spun Cu60Cr40 alloy,the size of the Cr particles is smaller and the properties could be improved further.
