锂离子电池正极材料Li3V2(PO4)3的合成及电化学性能研究

【摘要】 以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为碳源,采用碳热还原法原位合成了Li3V2(PO4)3/C复合正极材料。XRD结果表明Li3V2(PO4)3结晶完整为单斜结构,属于P21/n空间群。Raman测试结果表明PVA裂解碳中石墨碳(sp2-碳)含量较多,从而大大提高了材料的电导率。电化学测试结果表明该复合材料的电化学性能优异,容量为121.4mAh/g(0.3C)、110.8mAh/g(1C)、103.2mAh/g(3 C)和95.3mAh/g(5C),并具有良好的循环性能。
【Abstract】 The Li3V2(PO4)3/C composite cathode material is synthesized via a simple carbothermal reduction reaction route using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as both reduction agent and carbon source.The XRD pattern shows that the as-prepared Li3V2(PO4)3/C composite has a monoclinic structure with space group P21/n.The Raman spectrum reveals that the residual carbon contains much amounts of sp2-type carbon.The sp2-type carbon can largely enhance the electronic conductivity of the Li3V2(PO4)3/C composite.This cathode material exhibits excellent electrochemical performance.The initial discharge capacities are as high as 121.4mAh/g(0.3C),110.8 mAh/g(1C),103.2mAh/g(3C) and 95.3mAh/g(5C).The cycle ability of this material is perfect.
