Ce0.9Dy0.1-xPrxO1.95固溶体的合成与表征

【摘要】 利用X射线衍射(XRD),拉曼光谱(Ra-man),原子力显微镜(AFM)和交流阻抗谱对溶胶-凝胶法制备的稀土双掺杂Ce0.9 Dy0.1-xPO1.95(x=0.02,0.05,0.08)固溶体的结构和电性能进行了研究。XRD结果表明经800℃焙烧所有样品都形成了单相立方萤石结构;Raman谱结果表明Ce0.9 Dy0.1-xPrxO1.95(x=0.02,0.05,0.08)具有氧缺位的立方萤石结构,Pr离子的掺杂有利于氧缺位增加;原子力显微镜(AFM)表明Pr3+的掺入使材料晶粒变小,致密性增加;交流阻抗谱表明Ce0.9Dy0.1-xPrxO1.95(x=0.02,0.05,0.08)样品中Ce0.9Dy0.02Pr0.08O1.95的电导率最大(σ600℃=7.15×10-3 S·cm-1),导电活化能最小(Ea=0.69eV),这与其更多的氧离子缺位和较高的致密性有关。
【Abstract】 Structure and electrical properties of rare earth co-doped ceria Ce0.9Dy0.1-xPrxO1.95(x = 0.02,0.05, 0.08) solid solutions synthesized by sol-gel method were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy, Atom force microscopy(AFM) and AC impedance spectroscopy.XRD measurement showed that all samples calcined at 800℃crystallized in single cubic fluorite structure.The Raman spectra analysed that the solid solution Ce0.9Dy0.1-xPrxO1.95 were cubic fluorite structure with the oxygen vacancies.The oxygen vacancy concentration could be increased by doped Pr in Ce0.9Dy0.1-xPrxO1.95.AFM image indicated that the grain size became small and the relative density was increased by doped Pr3+ in the material Ce0.9Dy0.1O1.95.AC impedance spectra showed that Ce0.9Dy0.02Pr0.08O1.95 possessed maximum conductivity and mimimum activation energy(σ600℃=7.15×10-3S·cm-1,Ea =0.69eV) among samples Ce0.9Dy0.1-xPrxO1.95(x-=0.02,0.05,0.08),which was assigned to its more oxygen vacancy concentration and higher dense microstructure.
