太阳能电池有机染料敏化剂研究进展

【摘要】 感光染料敏化剂是太阳能电池的发动机,有机染料敏化剂由于价格低廉、转换率较高,得到了人们的广泛关注。主要介绍了有机染料敏化剂的基本要求,有机染料敏化剂分类以及有机染料敏化剂评价方式等。染料的轨道能级,稳定性以及染料吸收光谱的红移都会对太阳能电池的转换率有所影响,因此研究这几类问题对太阳能电池的工业化发展有很大的帮助。
【Abstract】 Photographic dyes is the engine of a dye-sensitized solar cell.Because of low cost,hinger optical energy conversion efficiency,the organic dye sensitizers get people’s most attention.In this paper,the classification and evaluation of organic dye sensitizers are reivewed.Orbital energy,stability,and red shift of the absorption spectra of dyes impair the optical energy conversion efficiency.The most important task is to discover problems and solve them in those types.This will promote development and progress in the industry of solar cells.
