莪术的太赫兹时域光谱研究
Study on the terahertz time-domain spectrum of chinese curcuma

【摘要】 中药莪术产区和品种的鉴别对于其产品质量控制非常重要。利用太赫兹时域光谱技术和共有峰率、变异峰率双指标序列法对两个产地3个品种的莪术进行了检测和计算分析。测试结果表明,3个样品的太赫兹吸收图谱存在一定差异,但3个样品在1.3~2.2THz波段的较强吸收峰位置基本一致;3个样品的折射率存在一定差异,但在强吸收频率点均存在跳变的现象。双指标序列法的计算结果表明,云南和四川温江小号莪术的共有峰率为64.7%,云南和四川温江大号的共有峰率为43.3%,四川温江小号和大号的共有峰率为64.3%,说明共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析法可以对不同产地和不同品种的莪术进行直观鉴别。
【Abstract】 The identification of production areas and species of Chinese curcuma is very important for quality control.In this paper,three species curcuma from two production areas are studied by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technique and dual index sequence.The results indicated that the absorption coefficient and refractive index of the three samples were different to some extent,while they had the consistent strong absorption peaks in the range of 1.4 to 2.1 THz.The calculated results of dual indexes sequence showed:the common peak ratio between Yunnan curcuma and small type curcuma from Sichuan Wenjiang was 64.7%,it was 43.3% between Yunnan curcuma and large type curcuma from Sichuan Wenjiang,it was 64.3%between small and large Sichuan Wenjiang.The results showed that the dual indexes sequence method can be used to inspect different species and production area of Chinese curcuma.
