生物医用纯镁非晶态微弧氧化陶瓷涂层的制备及耐蚀性能

【摘要】 纯镁在不含毒性元素的电解液中以恒流方式进行微弧氧化(MAO)处理10min后,在其表面生成了一层厚度>30μm的保护性的陶瓷涂层。X射线衍射结果表明该涂层为非晶态结构。微弧氧化处理前、后的纯镁样品在模拟体液(SBF)中进行了极化曲线的测量。结果表明,微弧氧化处理后纯镁样品的腐蚀电流密度较微弧氧化处理前降低了两个数量级。可见,微弧氧化陶瓷涂层能够有效地将基体金属与腐蚀介质隔离,从而显著提高基体金属的耐蚀性。

【Abstract】 Protective micro-arc oxidation(MAO) coating was prepared on pure magnesium in aqueous solution without toxic components under a constant current density.The thickness of the coating is over 30μm after anodizing for 10 min.XRD result shows that the coating is amorphous.The corrosion resistance of pure magnesium with and without MAO coating was evaluated by polarization curve tests in SBF.The results show that the corrosion current density(Icorr) of the sample with MAO coating is two orders of magnitude lower than that of the sample without MAO coating.Based on the results,it can be concluded that the MAO coating can efficiently divide the substrate from corrosive medium and then the corrosion resistance of the substrate metal is improved significantly.
