聚苯胺/丙烯酸酯复合物涂层的制备和应用研究

【摘要】 采用原位乳液聚合方法在丙烯酸酯(MMA/MAA/BA)共聚乳液中原位聚合苯胺,得到了聚苯胺/丙烯酸酯复合物乳液、薄膜及复合物纳米粒子,并采用SEM、FTIR、UV-Vis、TGA等分析手段对复合物进行了表征。所得复合物粒径尺寸大约在70～130nm之间,表面电阻率可达到10~4Ω/cm,具有良好的抗静电性能和金属腐蚀防护性能,可作为抗静电涂料和金属腐蚀防护材料。
【Abstract】 In this paper,doped polyaniline/polyacrylates(MMA/MAA/BA) composites emulsion,particles and films were obtained by in-situ polymerization aniline in P(MMA/MAA/BA) emulsion,and the composites were characterized by SEM,FTIR,UV-Vis,TGA and so on.The results indicated that the dimension of particles is from 70 to 130nm and surface resistivity of films is about 10~4Ω/cm.The application results also showed that composite emulsion can be used as antistatic and anticorrosive coating.
