稀土掺杂复相陶瓷的制备与介电性能研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列稀土掺杂(Ba,Sr)TiO3/(Ba,Sr)Nb2O6复相陶瓷。XRD衍射表明样品是由钙钛矿相和钨青铜相组成,没有其它杂相生成。检测了样品的介电-温度性能,结果表明,Pr的掺杂可以提高样品室温附件的介电常数,Dy和Sm的掺杂可以明显降低样品的介电损耗,同时也降低了样品介电常数。随着测试频率的增加,样品的介电常数及介电损耗逐渐降低.当频率>100kHz后,介电常数及介电损耗基本保持不变。
【Abstract】 Series of rare earth-doped(Ba,Sr) TiO3/(Ba,Sr) Nb2O6 composite ceramics were synthesized by sol-gel method,XRD diffraction showed that samples were consisted of the perovskite phase and the tungsten bronze phase,without other impurities generating.Dielectric performance of samples were tested,the results show that,Pr doping can increase the sample dielectric constant at room temperature,Dy and Sm doping can significantly reduce the dielectric loss of the sample,but also reduces the sample permittivity.As the test-frequency increases,the sample dielectric constant and dielectric loss decreased gradually,when the test-frequency>100kHz,the dielectric constant and dielectric loss keep unchanged.
