BaTiO3-BiScO3基宽温稳定型陶瓷的制备及介电性能研究

【摘要】 研究了(1-x)BaTiO3-xBiScO3体系不同组分的介电性能,并引入(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3,PbTiO3组元进一步提高其温度稳定性及介电常数。0.7BT-0.10BS-0.2KNN陶瓷体系,可以满足在-55~200℃温度范围内,容温变化率在±15%之间的要求;PbTiO3的加入形成了"核-壳"结构,介温曲线形成双峰结构,0.61BT-0.10BS-0.20KNN-0.09PT体系容温变化率在-55~200℃保持±15%以内,室温介电常数875,介电损耗小于1%,绝缘电阻率1.74×1012Ω·cm,可以满足宽温稳定型MLCC介质陶瓷的要求。
【Abstract】 Dielectric properties of(1-x)BaTiO3-xBiScO3 system was studied by adding(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3 and PbTiO3 to improve temperature variation of capacitance and permittivity.0.7BT-0.10BS-0.2KNN meet±15% the temperature variation of capacitance in the temperature range-55~200℃.Core-shell structure can be formed by adding PbTiO3 and there are double peaks in the permittivity -temperature curve.0.61BT-0.10BS-0. 20KNN -0.09PT meet±15%the temperature variation of capacitance in the temperature range -55~200℃with room tempreature permittivity 875,dielectric loss less than 1%and resistivity 1.74×1012Ω·cm.This materials has potential application in MLCC with wide temperature stability.
