【Abstract】 This paper reviews the history, the present status and possible future developments of thin film solar cells for industrial applications, including polycrystalline Si(poly-Si),amorphous Si(a-Si),CdTe,CuIn1-xGaxSe2(CIGS), dye-sensitized and organic solar cells.In addition, existing problems and some suggestion are also put forward.更多还原
