压电应变常数diu的测量方法研究

【摘要】 压电应变常数diu是表征压电材料驱动/传感性能的重要参数[1,2,10]之一。压电应变常数是实际应用时选择材料的依据,特别是在引燃引爆压电陶瓷[16]生产中,d33是百分之百检测的。压电应变常数的测量方法[3]分为静态法、准静态法以及动态法3类,着重介绍了目前测量压电应变常数diu的主要方法。分别阐述了E-S法、压电双晶片法、动态位移响应法和干涉法等这几种方法的测量原理,并对测量方法的测量精度和测量误差进行了分析。推荐了中国科学院声学研究所研制的实用新型专利"准静态法纵向压电应变常数测量仪",其测量精度高,测量误差在2%以内。最后对这些测量方法进行了分类,探讨在不同要求条件下最合适的diu测量方法。

【Abstract】 Constants diu of piezoelectric material is one important parameter which is characterized the performance of diver or sensor. The constants are the basis of material selection in practical application, especially in the production of ignition ceramics, d33 must be measured. The methods for measuring the constants can be divided into three types, static method, quasi-static method and dynamic method. The main methods for measuring the constant of piezoelectric material are introduced. The principles of E-S method, piezoelectric bimorph method, dynamic displacement response method, and interference method are introduced. The reasonableness of the measuring device is tested, and the accuracy and errors of these methods are analysis. Quasi-static method longitudinal piezoelectric constant measuring instrument, developed by Acoustics Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences is recommended, because of its high accuracy. Finally, these measurements are compared and combined to explore the most suitable measurement methods in different conditions at available requirements.
