一种制备太阳能级硅的预处理方法

【摘要】 探讨焙烧及淬火对湿法提纯的影响,采用正交实验方法寻找浸出提纯的最优组合。研究表明,焙烧及淬火处理后的硅粉经酸浸提纯,纯度比未处理的有了一定提高。利用金相显微镜、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)对样品提纯前后的组织结构和纯度进行了表征及检测。粒径为200目的硅粉经焙烧和淬火处理,在HF浓度为0.8mol/L,时间为2h的条件下,Fe、Al、Ca、As和Ti的去除率分别达到98.87%、90.96%、93.56%、97.73%、96.73%。

【Abstract】 Effects of roasting and quenching on hydrometallurgy were investigated and the optimization was realized by orthogonal experiments. Experiments show that the purity of silicon powder treated by roasting and quenching is higher than that of the untreated after acid leaching. The microstructure and purity of silicon before and after purification were characterized and detected by metallographic analysis, inductive coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy analysis. Silicon powder of 200mesh particle size was treated by roasting and quenching. Under the optimized conditions as follows, hydrofluoric acid 0.8mol/L and reaction time 120min, the removal rate of Fe, Al, Ca, As and Ti as impurities is 98.87%, 90.96%, 93.56%, 97.73%, 96.73% respectively.
