退火温度对微细钨铼合金丝机械性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同退火温度对微细钨铼合金丝的抗拉强度和组织的影响,发现随着退火温度的升高,微细钨铼合金丝的抗拉强度逐渐降低,其组织从挤压细长的纤维织构逐渐变成松弛宽的纤维织构,当退火温度超过丝材再结晶温度后变成长晶粒,最后变成等轴状晶,当退火温度略高于丝材的再结晶温度时,能改善微细钨铼合金丝的抗劈裂性。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the relation of the anneal temperature and tensile strength and the effectiveness of the anneal temperature on the structure. The testing results show that the tensile strength of micro-filament of WRe decrease continuously and the structure of which change loose-broad fiber texture from gracile extruded fiber texture as the anneal temperature increases. when the anneal temperature exceeds the re-crystallization temperature, the structure of which change long grain ,and then equiaxial grain finally. When the anneal temperature exceeds slightly the re-crystallization temperature, the resistance of cracking can be improved.
