子弹头状的硫化镉纳米材料的溶剂热合成
Synthesis of bullet-like CdS nanocrystals via a solvothermal method

【摘要】 在油酸存在条件下,以乙酸镉和硫代乙醇酸作为反应前驱物,通过简单的溶剂热方法合成子弹头状的纤锌矿硫化镉纳米晶体,粒子长约为100~150nm、宽80~120nm。用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征,同时对硫化镉纳米材料的紫外吸收谱和光致发光谱(PL)性能进行了表征。实验结果表明合成的样品具有很好的发光性能。
【Abstract】 Wurtzite CdS nanocrystals with bullet-like morphology were synthesized via a facile solvothermal way, using Cd(Ac)2·2H2O and C2H4O2S as starting materials, ethanolamine and water and oleic acid as solvents; The reaction conditions influencing the synthesis of these bullet-like CdS nanocrystals such as initial precursor ratios, reaction time, reaction temperatures were studied and optimized. The morphology, structure, and phase composition of CdS nanostructures were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and high-resolution TEM. The room-temperature photoluminescence (PL) and Raman spectrum of the obtained CdS nanocrystals was also studied.
