在CTAB辅助下通过Te纳米棒原位模板法合成花样CoTe2超细纳米棒束
CTAB-assisted syntheses of flowerlike ultra-thin-nanorod bundles CoTe2 in situ templated by Te nanorods

【摘要】 通过CTAB辅助的溶剂热路线合成了结晶很好的花样CoTe2超细纳米棒束。花样CoTe2超细纳米棒束是由直径约为40nm的纳米棒堆积组成的。TEM和SAED图片显示花样CoTe2超细纳米棒束是单晶。探讨了花样CoTe2超细纳米棒束的形成因素。
【Abstract】 Well-crystalline flowerlike ultra-thin-nanorod bundles CoTe2 have been synthesized by the CTAB-assisted solvothermal route. The flowerlike CoTe2 is consisting of packed nanorods with diameter of abond 40 nm. The results characterized from TEM and SAED demonstrate that the flowerlike ultra-thin-nanorod bundles CoTe2 nanocrystals are single crystals. The formation factors of the CoTe2 ultra-thin-nanorod bundles are discussed based on the experimental results.
