造孔剂对SOFC性能的影响

【摘要】 采用流延成型技术制备阳极支撑型固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC),研究了造孔剂对流延成型SOFC性能的影响。采用PMMA和淀粉作为造孔剂,研究了其含量分别为5%,10%和15%时的电池性能。通过实验发现,在造孔剂含量较低时,使用PMMA的电池性能较好;而采用10%淀粉作为造孔剂的电池性能最好,在800℃下电池最大功率密度为558mW/cm2。SEM照片显示,淀粉含量为10%的电池阳极具有较理想的微观结构。
【Abstract】 The effect of pore formers on the performance of an anode supported-SOFC, fabricated by tape-casting technology, was investigated in the paper. PMMA and starch were used to make pore in anodes, and the contents of pore former were 5%, 10% and 15% respectively. The results indicated that the cell with PMMA as pore former was of better performance when the pore former content in anodes is lower. With 10% starch in anode, the cell had a best performance at 800℃, which is of the maximum power density of 558 mW/cm2. SEM observation showed that the anode with 10% starch was of the good microstructure.
