锂离子电池用PVDF/硅油共混隔膜制备及性能

【摘要】 锂离子多孔隔膜是锂离子电池中的核心材料,通过浸没沉淀法制备了一种硅油改性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)多孔膜。研究了聚偏氟乙烯和硅油浓度对膜结构和性能的影响,结果表明,硅油能够有效地提高锂离子电池的离子电导率和稳定性,m(PVDF)∶m(硅油)=7∶3膜的离子电导率达到1·17×10-3S/cm。研究结果表明,PVDF/硅油共混隔膜在高性能的锂离子电池中具有潜在的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Lithium ion conducting membranes based on porous separator are the key materials for lithium batteries. A kind of PVDF/silicon oil blend separator was designed and prepared via a typical phase reversion process. By changing the PVDF concentration and content of silicon oil, the influence factors on separator structure and property were investigated. It was proved that the adoption of silicon oil will efficiently improve the ion conductivity (as high as 1.17×10-3S/cm for the separator containing PVDF/silicon oil in 7/3 by weight) and trapping stability of liquid electrolyte. These results primarily indicate the potential of the prepared blend separator in real application in safe and high performance lithium batteries.
