全氟磺酸型质子交换膜在低温常压电化学合成氨中的应用

【摘要】 用Nafion膜作为电解质材料,以NiO-Ce0.8Sm0.2O2-δ(SDC)为阳极和Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3-δ(SSC)、Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ(BSCF)、LaFe0.7Cu0.1Ni0.2O3-δ(LFCN),La0.8Sr0.2Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ(LSCF)、La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-δ(LSCM)、NiO-Ce0.8Sm0.2O2-δ作阴极材料,银-铂网作集流体组成单电池,以天然气/氮气为原料,在25~120℃温度范围内研究了其电导率随温度的变化关系及在电化学合成氨中的性能。测试结果表明,在25~120℃温度范围内阴极均有氨气生成,最高合成氨产率可达到3.6×10-9mol/(cm2·s)。
【Abstract】 Using fluorosulfonic proton exchange membrane as an electrolyte, NiO-Ce0.8Sm0.2 O2-δ(SDC) as an anode, Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3-δ(SSC)、Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ(BSCF)、LaFe0.7Cu0.1Ni0.2O3-δ(LFCN) 、La0.8Sr0.2Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ(LSCF)、La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-δ(LSCM),NiO-Ce0.8Sm0.2 O2-δ (SDC) as a cathode,and silveplatinum as a current collector. Ammonia was synthesized from wet natural gas and nitrogen at atmospheric pressure in the solid state proton conducting cell reactor. The result demonstrated that ammonia was synthesized in this range of temperature, the biggest synthetic ammonia production rate is up to 3.6×10-9 mol/(s·cm2).
