复合熔盐法合成Li4Ti5O12离子筛
Synthesis of the lithium ion-sieve Li4Ti5O12 by mixed molten salt method

【摘要】 采用两种复合熔盐法合成前驱体Li4Ti5O12,用1.0mol/L盐酸溶液对其进行改性,制备离子筛,用XRD表征材料结构。结果表明,经LiOH-LiNO3熔盐法合成的Li4Ti5O12及离子筛均具有尖晶石结构;LiOH-Li-NO3复合熔盐法制备的锂离子筛,Li+的抽出率为86.84%,优于LiCl-KCl复合熔盐法的29.41%,前者对Li+的饱和交换容量为17.35mg/g。
【Abstract】 Lithium ion-sieve was obtained by 1.0mol/L HCl acid-modifying Li4Ti5O12 precursor which was prepared by two mixed molten salt methods.The Li4Ti5O12 precursor and Lithium ion-sieve were characterized by XRD. It was shown that both the Li4Ti5O12 and Lithium ion-sieve are pure spinel structure by molten salt method using LiOH-LiNO3 as composite salt .After acid treatment, the extraction ratio of Li+ from Li4Ti5O12 prepared by using LiOH-LiNO3 as composite salt was 86.84%,which was higher than a value of 29.41% by using LiCl-KCl. Further, the obtained ion-sieve by the former method has saturated ion exchange capacity for Li+ with a value of 17.35mg/g.
