共聚甲基丙烯酸酯纤维对甲苯吸附行为的研究

【摘要】 采用悬浮聚合合成了甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)和甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯(HEMA)二元共聚物,以此二元共聚物为成纤聚合物,采用冻胶纺丝法制备了共聚甲基丙烯酸酯吸附纤维,探讨了纤维对甲苯废水的静态吸附性能和动态吸附性能,结果表明,在废水浓度为600mg/L时,静态吸附条件下,甲苯的去除率随处理时间的延长先提高后降低,随吸附温度的升高而降低;动态吸附条件下,吸附率随进水流量的增大而降低,其中最佳废水处理体积为250ml。

【Abstract】 The copolymer resin was synthesized by the method of suspension from butyl methacylate(BMA) and hydroethyl methacylate(HEMA).Then the oil-absorbent polymethacrylate fiber was prepared by technology of gelation-spinning. The static and dynamic absorption capabilities of the fiber on toluene in the wastewater were discussed.The results indicated that: when the initial concentration of toluene wastewater was 600mg/L,under the static absorption, the removal efficiency of toluene was increased at first and decreased later with the increasing of treating time and decreased with the increasing of temperature; under the dynamic absorption, absorptive efficiency was decreased with the increasing of influent flow. The volume of the best wastewater treatment was 250ml.
