水性聚氨酯涂料改性研究进展

【摘要】 水性聚氨酯涂料(WPU)是一种新型的聚氨酯(PU)材料,与传统的溶剂型聚氨酯涂料相比,由于具有无毒、不燃和无污染等诸多优点,因此成为聚氨酯化学技术中发展最迅速最具有活力的分支之一。详细叙述了水性聚氨酯涂料的各种改性技术,如聚丙烯酸酯改性,环氧树脂改性,有机硅改性,纳米技术改性,天然产物改性等,指出了不同改性技术的优势、特点以及方法,并对水性聚氨酯的发展前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Waterborne polyurethane(WPU) coating is a kind of new polyurethane(PU) material, compared with the conventional solventborne polyurethane coating, because it has many merits such as non-toxic, nonflammable and do not pollute the air and so on, therefore it becomes one of the most rapidly developing and active branches of polyurethane chemistry and technology. This paper summaries the modification methods of waterborne polyurethane coating such as acrylic resin modification, epoxyresin modification, organ silicon modification, nano-meter modification, plantoil modification. The advantages and characteristics for each modification technology are also indicated, and the forecast to the waterborne polyurethane and key market development direction has been carried.
