NASICON固体电解质的制备及其导电性能研究

【摘要】 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同x(x=1.8~2.2)值的NASICON(Na1+xZr2SixP3-xO12)固体电解质材料,采用XRD检测了样品的晶体结构,利用交流阻抗谱研究了电解质的离子电导率与测试温度及x值的关系。结果表明,所得NASICON材料均为三方结构,当x为2.0时,本体电阻最小,离子电导率最高;测试温度在25~450℃之间时,离子电导率随温度升高而逐渐增大。
【Abstract】 A series of NASICON (x=1.8-2.2) were prepared by a sol-gel method. The crystal structures of the products were determined by XRD analysis, and the ionic conductivity was studied by AC impedance spectroscopy. The results indicate that the as-prepared materials are trigonal cystal structures. While for x=2.0, the sintered NASICON material exhibits excellent ionic conductivity, moreover, the ionic conductivities increased with the increasing of operating temperature in the range of 25-450℃.
