乙酸体系中溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2光催化剂的研究

【摘要】 以乙酸为酸度调节剂和催化剂,采用钛酸丁酯的溶胶-凝胶过程和水热处理方法相结合,制备TiO2微粉。用X射线衍射分析、差热分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱及低温氮吸附测定比表面积等对样品进行表征。以光催化降解聚乙烯醇为目标反应考察样品的光催化活性。结果表明,将钛醇混合液滴加到酸溶液中,能够制得比表面积达73m2/g的多孔TiO2粉体,光催化反应2h可使聚乙烯醇降解率达95%。
【Abstract】 Titania powder was prepared with process of sol-gel from tetrabutyi titante and method of hydrothermal treatment, using acetic acid as acidity regulator and catalyst. The products were characterized by XRD, DTA, FT-IR and measuring specific surface area with low-temperature absorption of N2.Photocatalytic activity of products was appraised by photocatalytic degradation of polyvingl alcohol. The results show that porous titania powder with 73m2/g specific surface area can be obtained when Ti-alcohol mixture solution was added in acid solution. When the photocatalytic reaction lasted for 2h, the degradation rate can be 95%.
