低聚N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖的制备与性能

【摘要】 以水为介质对壳聚糖进行降解及羧甲基化改性,合成了低聚N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖,通过红外光谱,X射线衍射等测量手段对其结构进行表征,研究了反应条件对取代度的影响。实验表明,一氯乙酸与低聚壳聚糖的质量比为5∶1,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为5h。产物的取代度为1.72,分子量为7.2×103,产率为115%,水溶性较好。该方法与传统的方法相比,避免了大量用碱和异丙醇,使生产成本降低且减少了对环境造成的污染,产品的性能也优于大分子羧甲基壳聚糖。

【Abstract】 With water as the reaction solvent to prepare low-molecular weight N, O-carboxymethyl-chitosan, chitosan is degraded and modified. It was characterized by using FTIR, X-ray diffraction methods. Study of reaction conditions on the impact of degree of substitution .The result indicates that when the weight ratio of chlorethanonic acid and chitosan is 5∶1, reaction temperature is 90 ℃, and reaction time is 5 hours, the substitution degree is 1.72, molecular weight is 7.2×103, and the yield is 115%. Compared with traditional craft, to avoid a large number of alkali and isopropyl alcohol reduced production costs and environmental pollution. Product performance is superior to macromolecules carboxymethylchitosan .
