正电阻温度系数高分子在外科热封合器械中的应用

【摘要】 以介入手术器械——组织切割射频热封合止血刀为应用背景,制定了筛选正电阻温度系数的生物医用高分子材料(PTC Polymer)的原则;制备了PTC Polymer;测试了其功能特性,测试结果表明达到了射频热封合切割组织和快速止血要求。以此作关键部件的热封合器械具有安全闭合并离断直径细小到为7mm的血管;血管闭合前无需单独游离;适应不同结构的组织闭合;无烟雾,手术视野清晰;无炭化,器械表面与凝固组织间无粘连;最小的热传导,有效保护相邻组织,受影响的组织厚度不超过1mm;低功率输出并有自动停止功能。
【Abstract】 With the aim of medical application of PTC Polymer in Radio-frequency Endo-surgical devices, its selecting rules are set and the materical is prepared; the functional testing results of the polymer show that the requirement on the RF thermo-fusion and tissue cutting have been met. With the application of this key material into the thermal fusion devices, it yields fast and safe dissection and fusion of both tissues and arteries ranging from very small up to 7mm in diameter; and no pre-dissociation is required before device surface and coagulation tissues. Because of minimum heat conduction, the device can protect effectively the surrounding organs as small as less than 1mm in thickness. By combining such device with the electrosurgical station, minimum output and auto-stopping operation can be realized.
