两亲共聚物P(MMA-co-MAA)对PES膜的共混改性

【摘要】 制备了两亲共聚物P(MMA-co-MAA),并与聚醚砜(PES)共混,通过相转化法制备了PES多孔膜。用SEM对共混膜的结构进行了表征,并通过对水接触角、膜渗透通量的测定表征了多孔膜的性能。研究发现随着两亲共聚物含量的提高,膜表面的水接触角下降,共混膜的亲水性得到提高。
【Abstract】 Amphiphilic copolymer P(MMA-co-MAA) was prepared and blended with PES to fabricate porous membranes via phase inversion process. Membrane morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), water contact angle and filtration experiments were used to evaluate the hydrophilicity of the membranes. It was found that, with the increase of amphiphilic copolymer, hydrophilicity of the blend membrane was improved efficiently.
