聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/蒙脱土(OMMT)/纳米SiO2复合材料的制备与性能

【摘要】 以纳米SiO2,OMMT,和纳米SiO2/OM-MT等质量比的混合填料为增强组分,通过原位聚合法制备出聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基纳米复合材料。研究了不同的填料以及不同的填充颗粒含量对复合材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,以纳米SiO2/OMMT为填料时,剥离的OMMT片层与纳米SiO2的协同增强作用使得PMMA达到同时增强与增韧。当纳米SiO2/OMMT的质量分数分别为0.2%和0.5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度达到最大值,分别比基体树脂提高15%和105%。
【Abstract】 PMMA nano-composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The influences of different filler i.e. the SiO2,OMMT,and SiO2/OMMT and its filling content on tensile properties of the nano-composite were investigated. The results indicate that PMMA composite exhibits both toughness and strength reinforcement with the OMMT/SiO2 filler due to the synergistic reinforcing effect with the exfoliated OMMT and nano-SiO2. When OMMT/SiO2 reaches 0.2% and 0.5%, the tensile strength and impact strength of the composite come up to its maximum; compared with the matrix resin, its tensile strength and impact strength increases by 15% and 105%, respectively.
