【摘要】 采用粉末冶金法进行了锡钛合金的制备。通过预合金粉末的合成及充分细化、烧结工艺的优化控制,较好解决了合金中钛的偏析问题,实现了锡钛合金成分的均匀分布,成功加工出了锡钛合金带材。文章对粉末冶金法制备锡钛合金过程的关键环节进行了介绍,并对预合金粉末的制备、低温扩散烧结等影响成份均匀性的工艺进行了重点分析,文章认为预合金加入、低温扩散烧结的粉末冶金法是解决成分均匀问题,制备成分均匀分布锡钛合金的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Tin based Titanium alloy has been prepared in powder metallurgy method. By the way of preparing pre-alloy and fully fine, Optimizing sintering techniques, The problem of enrichment of titanium from the alloy has been solved, the alloy with equality components distribution has been made. And The Tin based titanium strap has also been processed. In the paper, the key process of making Tin based Titanium alloy in Powder Metallurgy Method is introduced. The effectors which affect the equality of the components of the alloy have been mainly analyzed in the paper. Such as preparing pre-alloy powder, diffusing sinter on lower temperature .etc. Point out that powder metallurgy with acceding pre-alloy powder and diffusing sinter on lower temperature is the efficiency way to solve the problem of enrichment of titanium from the alloy, and the good method to preparing Tin based Titanium alloy.更多还原
