Tb对Fe81Ga19合金的组织和磁致伸缩性能的影响

【摘要】 运用X射线衍射以及扫描电镜的方法研究了稀土元素Tb对磁致伸缩合金Fe81Ga19金相组织的影响,结果表明,随着稀土元素Tb含量的增加明显地减小了合金的晶粒尺寸,Tb原子在合金的晶界处富集。添加Tb后Fe-Ga合金的磁致伸缩性能有了明显的提高。
【Abstract】 Effect of terbium on the metallographic structure of Fe81Ga19 magnetostrictive alloy was investingated by means of XRD and SEM,which showed that the grain size of the alloy decreased dramatically with increasing the addition of Tb.Atom of Tb congregated on boundary of the alloy.Magnetostriction characterization of Fe-Ga alloy has improved obviously after adding Tb.
