1J50软磁合金H2热处理工艺的研究

【摘要】 采用了不同的H2热处理工艺条件,对1J50软磁合金组织和性能与热处理工艺参数的关系进行了研究。结果表明,通过H2热处理,1J50的组织发生了变化,磁性能显著提高;不同热处理工艺得到的1J50软磁合金组织和性能存在比较明显的差异。
【Abstract】 This paper has studied the relationg of magnetic properties and vary heat treatment technology by H2 for 1J50 soft magnetic alloy. The result shows that,the phase of 1J50 has changed and the magnetic properties has improved remarkably after heat treatment by H2.There are obvious difference in phase and properties of 1J50 soft magnetic alloy by vary heat treatment technology.
