【摘要】 以FeCl3在尿素溶液中的水解产物FeO(OH)和Ba2+的碳酸盐沉淀BaCO3为反应前驱体,在800℃下煅烧得到了具有六角片状形貌的BaFe12O19粉末。给出了该方法制备BaFe12O19的实验条件,采用差示扫描量热计(DSC)对煅烧过程进行了分析;用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)研究了不同温度下煅烧所得产品的物相;用扫描电镜(SEM)对产品的形貌进行了表征;采用高强脉冲磁强计测定了样品的磁性能;并探讨了前驱体中Ba/Fe比对产物物相的影响。

【Abstract】 Hexagonal flakelike barium ferrite (BaFe12O19) powder has been prepared by calcining a novel precursor, which was the hydrolysate of FeCl3 in the urea solution and precipitation of Ba2+, at a relative low temperature of 800℃. The precursor was identified as FeO(OH) and BaCO3 by using an X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The process of calcining was monitored by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the phase of calcinate at different temperatures from 660℃ to 800℃ was studied by XRD. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was employed to characterize the morphology of the product. The magnetic properties were measured by a high-intensity field magnetometer. Also, the effects of Ba/Fe ratio on the formation of barium ferrite were discussed.
