红色荧光粉CaSnO3:Eu3+的制备及其光谱性质研究

【摘要】 采用高温固相法制备了Eu3+掺杂的CaS-nO3系列荧光材料,样品可被近紫外光395nm波段有效吸收,发射出Eu3+的特征光谱(614nm附近);通过XRD、SEM和荧光光谱等对样品进行了表征,分别考察了激活剂Eu3+浓度、电荷补偿剂等对荧光材料的结构和发光性能的影响,并分析了其发光特性。通过Dexter理论计算和分析,推定Eu3+浓度猝灭可能的机理为电偶极-电四极相互作用;通过计算得到了CaS-nO3∶Eu3+系列样品的CIE色品坐标和色纯度,其均位于色度图的红光区域。研究结果表明,CaSnO3∶Eu3+体系荧光材料是一种具有潜在应用价值的白光LED高效红色荧光材料。
【Abstract】 CaSnO3 doped Eu3+ has prepared by high-temperature solid-state reaction. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, photo-luminescence spectra were employed to characterize its property. The influence of concentration of Eu3+, different flux and charge compensation ions on the luminescence performance were studied. The excitation and emission spectra show that red phosphor CaSnO3∶Eu3+ can be effectively excited by near-ultraviolet light at 395nm and the emitted radiation was dominated by a red emission peak at 614nm due to the non-centrosymmetric nature of the Eu3+ site. The Commission International de L’Eclairage(CIE) chromatic coordinates and color purity were calculated. CaSnO3∶Eu3+ phosphor will be a better candidate for white light LED.
