长余辉材料合成新工艺及缺陷机理研究

【摘要】 以Al-Sr合金粉末的水解产物,作为制备SrAl2O4长余辉材料的前驱体,这是一种新的制备工艺路线。随后采用高温固相反应法制备出Sr1-xAl2O4:Eux,Dy0.01长余辉材料,研究稀土Eu掺杂量变化长余辉材料荧光性能及长余辉特性。利用缺陷化学理论进行分析,所掺杂的稀土离子取代Sr1-xAl2O4晶格中的Sr2+离子格位,产生缺陷EuS×r、EuS·r和DyS·r,EuS×r为荧光发射中心,其浓度大小决定了长余辉初始发光亮度;EuS·r和DyS·r为带正电荷的缺陷V″Sr,为满足体系电中性平衡,其周围吸引了带负电荷的缺陷,形成陷阱,可捕获带正电的空穴。其浓度大小,能级深浅将决定余辉性能。

【Abstract】 The hydrolysate of Al-Sr alloy powder, as a precursor of the long afterglow material SrAl2O4, was prepared by high temperature solid reaction, which is a new synthesis technique way. The influence of concetration of Eu, Dy on the phosporescent properties and characters of afterglow was studied. It was analyzed in detail according to the defect chemistry theory that, the doped rare erath ions occupied the lattice situation of Sr2+ in the crystal structure of SrAl2O4, then the impurity defects such as Eu×Sr, Eu·Sr and Dy·Sr etc were formed, and the initial luminescent intensity was decided by the concentration of Eu×Sr as the emission center; Eu·Sr and Dy·Sr were the impurity defects charged positive, the intrinsic defect V″Sr charged negative was attracted in order to keep neutral balanace, and formed the traps that could capture the hole charged positive, whose duration time was controlled by the concertration and energy level of V″Sr.
