溶胶-凝胶法制备CaF2包覆BaMgAl10O17及其紫外-真空紫外发光特性研究

【摘要】 为改善BAM的热稳定性,用溶胶凝胶法对BAM颗粒表面进行CaF2膜包覆,并用X光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、真空紫外-紫外光谱仪等测试表征手段对材料的表面形貌、化学组成、发光特性与抗热劣化特性进行表征。XPS与SEM结果表明,CaF2成功地包覆在BAM颗粒表面。发光性能测试结果表明,包覆后,在真空紫外与紫外激发下,不仅BAM的热稳定性有一定改善,而且发光性能也有所提高。
【Abstract】 In order to prevent BaMgAl10O17:Eu (BAM) phosphor from thermal degradation, CaF2-coatings on the surface of BAM were prepared via a sol-gel process. The coatings were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that BAM particles were successfully coated with CaF2-coatings. The photoluminescence and anti-thermal degradation properties were investigated under 254 and 147nm excitation. The CaF2-coatings show an interesting property to enhance the blue emission intensity of BAM, and the optimum anti-thermal degradation properties were obtained at the weight ratio 0.4 wt% under 254 nm excitation and 0.3 wt% under 147 nm excitation.
