表面活性剂对Ni-TiN纳米复合镀层影响的研究

【摘要】 采用超声-电沉积的方法制备Ni-TiN纳米复合镀层。利用原子吸收分光光度计(AAS)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)研究了2种不同表面活性剂对复合镀层TiN粒子含量、显微组织及晶体结构的影响。结果表明,表面活性剂的类型和浓度对Ni-TiN纳米复合镀层的TiN粒子含量、显微组织以及晶体结构有较大影响。非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂的组合配比为1∶2时,Ni-TiN纳米复合镀层中TiN粒子的含量最大,最大值为11·7%。
【Abstract】 Ni-TiN nanocomposite coatings were prepared by ultrasonic-electrodepositing method. The effect of two kinds of surfactants on the TiN particle content, microstructure and crystal structure were studied by the atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS), atomic force microscope (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron energy spectrometer (XPS). The result shows that the kinds and concentration of surfactants had great effects on the TiN content, microstructure and crystal structure. When the ratio of the non-ion surfactant and positive ion surfactant was 1:2, the TiN particles content in Ni-TiN nanocomposite coating was biggish, and it was 11.7%.
