截角八面体Cu2O晶体的形貌控制合成及其生长机理研究

【摘要】 采用"配位前躯体-β-CD辅助液相合成法"有效地实现了截角八面体Cu2O晶体的形貌控制合成且深入研究了其生长机理。利用β-CD可以对Cu2O晶体的〈100〉与〈111〉晶向生长速率的比值R进行操控,从而很好地实现Cu2O晶体由八面体到截角八面体的形貌调控。在此基础上,通过对实验工艺参数做进一步改进,必将获得更为丰富多彩的、具有新颖外形的Cu2O晶体。
【Abstract】 We developed a facile complex precursor β-CD-assisted solution-phase synthesis method to the shape-selective synthesis of well-defined Cu2O crystals from octahedra to their different truncated forms. The shape-evolution mechanism are elucidated in detail, which can be attributed to the variation of the ratio (R) between the growth rates along the 〈100〉 and 〈111〉 directions with the aid of β-CD. Based on the understanding of the shape evolution and corresponding growth mechanism in our current work, this complex precursor β-CD-assisted solution-phase synthesis route can be readily extended to the shape-controlled synthesis of various morphologies of Cu2O crystals.
