金刚石膜场发射性质的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了CVD金刚石膜场发射性质。金刚石膜是利用热灯丝化学气相沉积法制备的。实验研究表明,金刚石膜场发射阀值电压强烈的依赖于金刚石膜表面结构、杂质与缺陷和衬底材料。具有尖端表面场发射阀值电压低于平坦表面的值。
【Abstract】 The field emission properties of CVD diamond films,grown in a hot filament chemical Vapour deposition setup,were investigated.The experimeintal studies showed that the threshold voltage of field emission in the diamond films was strongly depended on the surface structure of dianond films,substrate materials, impurities and defects in the films.The threshold voleage with tip surface was less than that of flat surface.
