铌酸钾锂晶体的生长及熔体成分配比的研究

【摘要】 生长KLN的籽晶;采用Czochralski法生长KLN晶体,研究KLN晶体的成分配比,确定KLN晶体最佳生长方法。
【Abstract】 KLN crystal has been grown by Czochralski technology,Research into melt component ration, and determine its optimum condition of growth.
