【摘要】 本文通过测定浸酸山羊皮经不同条件的THPS鞣制后的湿热收缩温度,考察了THPS鞣剂的用量、鞣制温度、pH值及时间等对山羊服装革性能的影响。研究表明,THPS鞣制的最适条件为pH 6.0,温度为30℃,鞣制时间15h,鞣剂用量为5%。所得到的山羊皮革色白,手感舒适,有一定弹性,并具有较高收缩温度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of THPS tanning conditions on the hydrothermal shrinkage temperature of wet goat garment leathers was studied by determining the hydrothermal shrinkage temperature of samples THPS tanned with different conditions.The tanning conditions,such as THPS amount,pH,temperature and time were considered,respectively.The optimal THPS tanning conditions were found to be as follows: 5% of THPS tanning agent of the pickled goat skins in weight;the tanning temperature of 35℃;the pH of 6.0;the tanning time of 15 hours.The tanned goat leather was white,flexible with a comfortable feeling and a high shrinkage temperature.更多还原
