海南医学生自杀意念现况及影响因素

【摘要】 目的了解海南医学生自杀意念的现状及其影响因素,为预防其自杀提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,选取11个专业共696名海南医学院学生作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、简易应对方式问卷、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC),抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表、自尊调查表和自杀意念调查表(SIOSS)进行调查。结果①海南医学院学生自杀意念发生率为15.4%,自杀意念率男性高于女性(χ2=7.161,P=0.006),非医学类高于医学类(χ2=6.004,P=0.014)。②Logistic回归分析,结果显示户口所在地在农村和高抑郁是自杀意念产生的危险因素,而积极应对方式,较高的客观支持和高自尊是自杀意念的保护因素。结论自杀意念在海南医学院学生中的发生率较高,且自杀意念的产生是多种因素共同作用的结果,应从学校、家庭、社会三方面共同采取措施,减少自杀意念的产生,防止自杀意念转变为自杀行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the idea of suicide status and influence of medical students in Hainan, and provide scientific basis for the prevention of suicide act. Methods by using multi-stage sampling method, we selected 11 professional 696 students of Hainan Medical College as the research object, by questionnaire, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Scale (ASLEC), self-rating depression scale (SDS), social support rating scale, the self-esteem inventory and the Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale(SIOSS) were survey. Results ① Hainan Medical College student suicide act idea occurred in 15.4%, suicide act ideation rate was higher in male than in female (χ2=7.161, P=0.006), non-medical higher medical (χ2=6.004, P=0.014). ②Regression analysis of Logistic, the results show the location of the account in the countryside and the high risk factors of depression was a suicide act idea generation, and positive coping style, higher objective support and high self-esteem were protective factors of suicide act idea. Conclusion The higher incidence of suicide act idea of students at the Hainan Medical College, and the many factors were result the suicide act idea.The three aspects of school, family, society should take joint measures, reduce the suicide act idea, prevent the suicide act idea into suicide act behavior.更多还原
