超薄壁C型钢梁柱自攻螺钉节点抗震性能研究

【摘要】 因超薄壁C型钢结构体系中构件壁厚很薄,墙架柱与楼盖梁连接的节点域部分楼盖梁易发生局部屈曲,设计上通过布置腹板加劲件增强节点域的刚度。对当前实际工程应用较广的两种腹板加劲方式,运用有限元计算软件,讨论不同加劲方式对墙架柱竖向承载力、节点竖向承载力和耗能能力的影响。结果表明:两种加劲方式对墙架柱竖向承载力的提升能力相当,但内加劲节点的屈服后刚度较大;内加劲节点竖向承载力大于外加劲,两种加劲方式节点耗能能力差距不明显;墙架柱轴压比对节点竖向承载力和耗能能力影响显著,当轴压比达到0.6时,节点性能下降严重,建议设计轴压比不大于0.6。

【Abstract】 Due to ultrathin wall thickness of ultrathin-walled C-shape steel system components, part of the floor beams at the joint region prone to local buckling in studs and floor beams connected joint, web stiffeners is taken to enhance the stiffness of joint region in design. Take consider of two ways of web stiffeners widely used in the current practical application, using the finite element software, discuss the impact on studs vertical bearing capacity, the node capacity and energy dissipation capacity by different ways stiffening. The results showed that: Two kinds of stiffening ways enhance the studs vertical bearing capacity about the same, but the stiffness of joint by inner stiffening after yield is bigger; The vertical bearing capacity of joint by inner stiffening is greater than that by outer stiffening, energy dissipation capacity of two kinds of joint stiffening ways almost equal; Studs axial compression ratio significantly affected the vertical bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of joints, when axial compression ratio reach 0.6, the performance of joint seriously declined, the proposed design of axial compression ratio is not more than 0.6.
