蜂窝状钢骨混凝土T形截面异形柱正截面承载力试验
Test on Normal Section Bearing Capacity of Honeycomb Steel-reinforced Concrete T-shaped Column

【摘要】 蜂窝状钢骨混凝土T形截面异形柱,是一种特别适于钢结构住宅建筑的新型异形柱。为了考察该新型构件的正截面受力、变形特性,论文对其进行了单调加载正截面承载力试验,研究了偏心压力作用下该新型构件的破坏形态、受力与变形性能。研究结果表明,该新型构件的破坏模式表现为"受压破坏"的破坏形态;蜂窝状钢骨能增强钢骨与混凝土间的黏结能力,提高其协同工作与整体受力性能;在荷载不超过极限荷载的90%之前,该新型构件的截面应变符合平截面假定;蜂窝状钢骨的存在,提高了该新型构件的正截面承载力。
【Abstract】 Honeycomb steel-reinforced concrete T-shaped column is a new shaped column,which especially suits steel structure resident house.In order to wholly understand normal section stress and shape characteristic of this component,unidirectional loading experiment of eccentric compression for trial components is conducted to study the stress and shape characteristic and destructible form.As the study shown,the destructible mode of honeycomb steel-reinforced concrete T-shaped column have resemblances with that relatic loaded concrete T-shaped column. As the study shown,Opening hole on web of steel skeleton can strengthen the cooperation between the steel and the concrete,will strengthen cooperative capacity between the steel and the concrete.The section of this component will not accord with the hypothesis of planar section until the loading has exceeded 90%of the maximum.Bearing capacity of the columns can be enhanced because of the existence of steel skeleton.
