焦炭填料生物滴滤池同步处理污水与苯乙烯气体的研究

【摘要】 采用焦炭填料生物滴滤池同步处理污水与苯乙烯气体,运行稳定后CODcr的平均去除率为81%,最大去除率可达95%。出水pH基本稳定在7左右,实验中未明显产生由于硝化作用而产生的酸积累。苯乙烯的最大去除速率可达758g/m3·d。当进气浓度为86.8mg/m3,去除率最大为78%,净化后浓度为19mg/m3。说明系统对污水的处理效果较理想,对苯乙烯的去除还有待提高。
【Abstract】 Synchronously treatment of sewage and styrene gas was studied in biological trickling filter packed with cokes. A stable average removal rate of 81% and max removal rate of 95% was got for CODcr . There was no apparent acid accumulation for the pH of effluent was about 7. The removal efficiency and rate of styrene was up to 78% and 758g/m3 ·d when influent and effluent concentration was 86.8mg/m3 and 19mg/m3 . The experimental data shows that good result could be expected to treat sewage. However, the removal of styrene should be improved further.
