灰分对柴油机DPF捕集再生性能的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 本文通过使用AVL Boost,软件,建立了柴油机微粒捕集器DPF(Diesel Particular Filter)的数值模型,实验验证了模型的正确性。模拟计算了灰分含量、灰分分布系数以及灰分渗透率对DPF捕集再生性能的的影响,研究结果表明:灰分含量越高,DPF内部压降越大,最佳再生时刻越提前;灰分分布系数越小,DPF内部压降越大,最高再生温度越高;灰分渗透率越小,最高再生温度越高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the numberical models of diesel particular filter were formulated by AVL Boost,and the validity of models were vertificated by experiments.The influence of ash mass,ash distribution factor and ash permeability on soot load and regeneration were simulated and calculated.The results showed that the when the ash mass goes high,the pressure drop goes high as well,and the best moment for regeneration comes early;the pressure drop and the maximum regeneration temperature goes high when the distribution factor becomes small;the smaller the ash permeability the higher the maximum regeneration temperature.
