【摘要】 近年来各种台风、海啸、泥石流等重大自然灾害及各种公共突发事件频发,广电媒体第一时间启动急报道,真实报道新闻事实尤为重要。广电媒体启动应急报道的首要是应急问题识别,即应急报道的启动时机的问题,应急报道的启动时间对应急报道发挥最大效用又起着关键性的作用。本文基于灰色尖点突变理论研究广电媒体面对突发事件选择启动应急预案时机的问题。建立了广电媒体应急预案启动时间的灰色-尖点突变理论模型。结果表明,灰色-尖点突变模型可以定量判断突发事件的突变程度,为广电媒体决策者判断应急预案最佳启动时机,确保第一时间开展应急报道提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the public emergency network communication time-sensitive nature;open and interactive;of a domino effect and coupling characteristics.The acceleration, speed and intensity models of public emergency the proliferation of network communication were developed based on the public emergency network communication characteristics.For the mechanism of public emergency network communication the public emergencies were provided. Improve the network coverage of public credibility of unexpected events;Creation of a public emergency response mechanism for handling network communication;Enhance the cooperation between internet and traditional media;Take full advantage of interactive features to guide public opinion.更多还原
